Michael has over 14 years of advocacy experience in criminal law. Michael has appeared in numerous bail, sentencing, and criminal matters from traffic tickets to complex fraud, assault, robbery and break and enter matters in the local and children’s court, including appeal work to the District Court.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Michael was a team leader prosecutor and an operational legal advisor within NSW Government where he gained extensive experience in criminal proceedings. Immediately prior to call, Michael was a solicitor providing advice to operational police on matters with complex legal issues.
