Tim Lowe
Admitted as a Barrister in NSW in 2022
Timothy has extensive experience in criminal law, coronial matters, and administrative law. Since being called to the Bar in May 2022, Tim has built a strong practice representing mainly private clients in defended hearings, pleas, bail applications and other interlocutory proceedings. Tim is briefed in administrative appeals and maintains a particular interest in coronial law matters. Tim has appeared unled in District Court appeals and release applications in the Supreme Court. Prior to being called to the Bar, Tim was a prosecutor and executive manager within NSW government where he appeared in criminal and quasi-civil proceedings for over 20 years. Immediately prior to call, Tim worked as a solicitor advocate (and instructed counsel) on behalf of the NSW Police Commissioner in a variety of proceedings and jurisdictions including the NSW Supreme Court, District Court, and State Coroners Court. Tim possesses formal post-graduate management qualifications and he brings to the Bar significant professional experience.
