Tim has 20+ years of advocacy experience in criminal law, coronial matters, and administrative law. Tim is regularly briefed in defended criminal matters, bail and sentence proceedings in all jurisdictions, administrative appeals, and he also maintains a particular interest in coronial proceedings.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Tim was a prosecutor and executive level manager within NSW Government where he gained extensive experience appearing in a variety of criminal and civil proceedings. Immediately prior to call, Tim was a solicitor advocate for the NSW Police Commissioner appearing in various matters in the NSW Supreme Court, District Court, State Coroners Court, and the NCAT.

Tim possesses formal post-graduate management qualifications and brings to the Bar significant professional experience.
