Chun has practised in the criminal jurisdiction since 2017, predominantly appearing in the Local Court in a wide range of criminal matters, including sentencing and contested hearings.

Chun appears in a wide range of applications ancillary to the criminal jurisdiction including bail, mental health, confiscation of proceeds of crime, and AVO applications.

Beyond the Local Court, Chun also appears in the District Court for conviction and sentencing appeals.
