Timothy started his life in law as a legal assistant to one of Sydney’s eminent family law barristers. He was then an associate to a judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and then spent several years working as a solicitor practising in both commercial and family law. His final stop before coming to the bar was as an associate solicitor at a boutique family law firm. Timothy accepts briefs to appear in all NSW and interstate courts.
