Wilson Chan

Admitted as a Barrister in NSW in 2013

Wilson is an experienced civil and criminal law barrister.  His expertise extends from representing clients in commercial law and equity, corporations law, conflict of laws, corporate and personal insolvency, arbitration and criminal law, to acting in matters where complex cross-border disputes arise, particularly relating to Hong Kong and China.

With a keen interest in domestic and international arbitration, Wilson has delivered presentations and published several articles pertaining to cross-jurisdictional issues, with particular focus on related disputes in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Wilson practiced as a solicitor at the Office of Director of Public Prosecutions (NSW). He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Batchelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong.
