Victor Kline
Victor Kline was first admitted to the bar in 1974 and practised in Sydney and later in the Northern Territory, mainly in the area of crime and family law. He became full-time Editor of the authorised Federal Court Reports in 1990, and then in 1995 Editor of the cognate Federal Law Reports. He returned to active practice at the bar in early 2016, principally to work pro bono in the area of Refugee and Asylum Seeker Law. Since then he has appeared in the High Court, The Full Federal Court, The Federal Court, the Federal Circuit Court and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
