Nick was admitted to practice in Tasmania then moved to Melbourne to work as a solicitor before joining the Victorian Bar. After moving to Sydney he worked as Coordinator of the Refugee Advice and Casework Service (NSW) and then as a Senior Legal Officer with the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission. After completing a Masters of Law he joined the NSW Bar in 1998. Nick's practice is primarily in administrative law; in particular immigration and anti-discrimination law. Nick has been a registered migration agent since the introduction of the registrations scheme, and can appear before the Migration Review Tribunal and Refugee Review Tribunal.
